Crossit provides interim capital funding solutions for timing, settlement, and equity gaps ranging from $250,000 to $10,000,000. All lending is subject to credit assessment, due diligence, and our lending criteria.
3. Application Process
Submission of a deal does not constitute approval or commitment to lend. All applications are subject to underwriting and approval processes. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process. Any misrepresentation may result in application rejection or termination of approved facilities.
5. Fees and Charges
All fees, interest rates, and charges will be disclosed in loan documentation prior to settlement. Terms are subject to individual assessment and market conditions.
